Thank you for supporting Detroit King Tape. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Physical Products (Books)
You may return unused, undamaged physical books within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Signed and autographed editions are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships.

Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, and Music Downloads)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. If you have trouble downloading or accessing a file, contact us and we will make it right.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
